Your future tasks
As Customer Success Manager you act as trusted advisor by guiding the customer in an optimal adoption of the solutions we implement and you make sure that the implemented solution is sufficiently focused on the end users. Furthermore, you stimulate new opportunities by introducing the customer to the new functionalities.
A short overview:
- You offer our customers support in using Salesforce. You give training and will coach our customers.
- You are responsible for implementing customer success best practices.
- You monitor the usability of the implemented projects;
- You establish a long-term follow-up plan to monitor compliance with customer best practices and pinpoint any bottlenecks.
- You are responsible for supporting the sales team by assisting them with demonstrations of our solutions with current customers;
- You will follow up with customers and also generate new opportunities where possible.
Who are you?
Within the position of Customer Success Manager, we are looking for the following person:
You hold a higher education degree;
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a Salesforce environment;
- You have a customer friendly attitude and enjoy coaching people;
- You are not shy about being on a stage and have a strong interest in providing training to improve the customer experience;
- You are solution oriented. When you see a problem, you actively think of solutions and generate new opportunities;
- You are a sales driven person. You are a crack at recognizing opportunities and you can assess how and when to generate them.
- In addition, you are communicatively strong in both Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus;
- Finally, you can work independently and always make sure to respect your planning.
